DD Innovation’s analytics department is able to merge normally disparate data sources into a singular, comprehensive data set. By using the rig’s EDR data, the DD company’s directional database, downhole tool memory and BHA/Run reporting we can produce footage performance analysis, connection and off bottom time analysis, days vs depth performance and directional slide analysis to optimize directional drilling performance.
The DDI Short Tool is equipped for real time inclination (R-Inc) and real time vibration and dynamic sequencing. All DDI kits are equipped with smart battery packs and accompanying software that are used for pre and post run tool re-qualification. 3rd party support is available for all rented kits to include operational support, memory analysis, incident analysis and reporting, and drilling optimization.
